Emergency Safety
Do not use HealthMind for emergencies. For chest pain, breathing difficulty, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, collapse, or immediate danger, call 999.

Practitioner Responsibility
Practitioners remain responsible for clinical judgement, patient communication, diagnosis, treatment decisions, documentation and escalation when needed.
Image Upload Safety
Uploaded images may be incomplete, unclear or affected by lighting, angle, focus or skin tone. They should not be used as the only basis for clinical decisions.
Privacy and Data Protection
Users should keep login details secure and avoid uploading unnecessary personal information. Health data should be handled carefully and lawfully.
Platform Limitations
HealthMind may experience technical errors, delays or incomplete information. Urgent clinical decisions should not depend only on the platform.
